Refund policy

At Mendly, your satisfaction matters to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with original packaging.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal wellness products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened wellness products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
